1 Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification. 3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the zb999 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your zb999 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the zb999 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zb999 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. • Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person during registration or at any other time.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information.

Where an account is closed at zb999's initiative for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting zb999 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Outstanding bets placed prior to account closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any resulting balances will be processed for withdrawal.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established by zb999's licensing authority. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
